This bathroom space is a collaboration of our clients wants and needs and Brownlow’s vision to create a modern family home within a new eco super home.
When Brownlow were introduced to this property in 2021 is was simply a concrete slab. We worked closely with the client to develop the interior until it grew to match the charming exterior. Being built on green belt in Yorkshire, this property had to show complete design independence and originality from all others builds to tick the relevant boxes needed to allow planning for such a home.
This opulent bathroom design combines the rich, timeless beauty of Grigio Orobico marble with the exquisite sophistication of pewter sanitaryware to create a truly luxurious and inviting space. Every element has been carefully chosen to evoke a sense of indulgence and refinement.
The entire bathroom is adorned with Grigio Orobico marble, creating a seamless and captivating visual experience. The walls feature large, book-matched marble slabs, and the floor showcases a herringbone pattern to add depth and texture.
All bathroom fixtures, including the freestanding bathtub, double vanity with mirrors, faucets, and shower fixtures, are crafted from luxurious pewter. This choice adds an element of warmth and antiquity to the space, contrasting beautifully with the cool marble
Highlighted glulam beams run across the bathroom’s ceiling, adding a touch of rustic charm to the overall design. A strategically placed skylight above the bathtub allows natural light to filter through the beams, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
A centerpiece of the bathroom is the sumptuous freestanding bathtub. It’s Corion based construction exudes understated elegance when contrasted with the heavily patterned marble behind.
The double vanity is a work of art, featuring ceiling hung mirrors and integrated LED lighting. Grigio Orobico marble countertops provide ample space for grooming, and the vanity drawers offer both style and functionality.
The spacious walk-in shower boasts large format white marble tiling and a rainfall showerhead. Pewter fixtures complete the experience. Underfloor heating beneath the marble flooring ensures comfort during colder seasons.
