Just a golf swing away from the terrific sea-facing Royal Liverpool Golf Club, this Arts and Crafts residence was the perfect home for a golf avid family. With south facing views looking directly onto hole 3, what more could you want?

Akin to many Arts and Crafts buildings, the seaside house boasts large open spaces, natural materials and light-filled rooms.

These spaces were the obvious choice when looking at the placement of the main social areas. Each of these areas had large floor to ceiling French doors which really helps to encourage interaction with nature and the surrounding environment.

Having 2 islands, the kitchen was not short of space. With one island used for preparation of food and hosting and the other used for daily chores like washing up, it left every other workspace in the kitchen completely free from clutter. It also allowed each piece of beautiful, handcrafted furniture to speak for itself. What a special kitchen!
